The two tellers were really nice, however. I was deeply disappointed on City Bank ,My son he is a customer of your bank, but his account was blockade three weeks. I was told since I didn’t have an account, I would have to pay $8 to cash it and wait an hour for the check, which was less than $100 to be verified. I want to surrender the key formally and this man said that in order to open and do it, I have to pay. I said “no”, there is nothing there”.
